In July 2015 we had a great conference celebrating 35 years of the Technion Seminar on Probability and Stochastic Processes, and 35 years of Haya Kaspi and myself at the Technion.
MY TWO FAVOURITE SEMINARS
Applied and Random Topology Seminar
The purpose of the ART seminar is to present topics that are related to Mathematical Topology, but in a more applied context (e.g. Probability, Combinatorics, Statistics, Engineering). ART started only in 2016, but is the culmination of 4-5 years of earlier, less formal, seminar series in various aspects of Applied and Random Topology.
Seminar on Probability and Stochastic Processes
The SPSP seminar covers all topics in Pure and Applied Probability and Stochastic Processes. It started in 1980, and so in 2015 we celebrated its 35th anniversary (along with a couple of birthday parties).

The first lecture is a research talk:
Topological Data Analysis and the Euler Characteristic Curve
The second two are an attempt, in two parts, to explain some of the basics of probability and stochastic processes to an audience of topologists who, by training, are not only unable to distinguish between bagels and coffee cups, but, a fortiori, between the two sides of a coin.

EDITING
I edited the IMS journal Annals of Applied Probability from 2003-2006, and the Bernoulli Society’s Stochastic Processes and their Applications from 1993-1996. However, I am no longer responsible for either of them.

On the other hand, I am now involved with the Journal of Applied and Computational Topology which is so far away from my traditional interests that it is a lot of fun.
